I am a Harvard Strategic Data Fellow working at the Urban Teacher Center on accountability and teacher evaluation. I recently completed a Ph.D. in education policy at the University of Maryland. In my dissertation I used quantitative methods to explore the relationship between school working conditions and human capital in schools. I have previous experience as a senior policy analyst at GAO and as a teacher in New York City.
