I am a wife and mother of 4 wonderful children! I have been blessed in every way and yet I am painfully aware of the huge needs that lie in under-developed countries. If farmers could only have access to water to irrigate their crops, it would literally change their lives for generations. That is why I have chosen to link arms with The Adventure Project. This organization is all about bringing fresh water to farmers in Africa through Kickstart Irrigation pumps. By providing these pumps, farmers can grow food for their own families and sell the surplus to provide income, as well. I am willing to give up my lattes and donate to this organization, especially if it means that people will not starve. Not a huge amount to sacrifice, but it will have lasting effects.
