Carbon Gym is a martial arts and fitness gym in Norlane. We run Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA and boxing, and through our affiliation with de Been 100% Jiu Jitsu, led by black belt Russ Marston, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu too. We coach adults and kids, from first-timers to competitive fighters.

I'm Johnny Bourke, owner and founder. Muay Thai turned my life around: I lost 40kg in my first year of training, left my IT career, and completed a Diploma in Fitness. I built Carbon Gym on what martial arts taught me: discipline and mental toughness.
