As a Southern California native, growing up underneath sunny sky’s, gorgeous palm trees, and alluring beaches was of the norm. Being abreast to the latest health trend’s was in, natural foods stores were consider the place to be, and magazine chic at all times was a must. The above recipe made for the perfect back drop in which I was to met my first love at the age of 8. It was by pure chance but considering all that Southern California represents it only made since for us to met and become one. My first love gave me confidence, helped me understand the importance of hard work, kept me focused on becoming a better person, taught me how to have meaningful relationships with my peers, and helped me grow into the woman I am today. Due to always wanting to be one step ahead of my love I found myself looking for ways to improve my overall being. Working hard and mainting a proper diet always kept me one step in front of my love. So by now I am sure you are asking yourself what does her first love have to do with “A runners passion 4 fashion?” Simple my first love is running in conjunction with fashion. I fell in love with running at the age of 8, and have not stopped loving running since. My passion for fashion came at a later date. Stay tuned in for that story. I want to share with you my up’s and down’s, tip’s, trick’s, and beautiful outfit’s. Through my rant’s and raves I want to give you the secret’s to becoming a Cardio beauty. In the mist of my sharing I hope to inspire women of all ages who shy way from running due lack of time, knowledge, makeup, hair, and any other excuse out there....
