Founded in 2005, CardioFlex Therapy is a results-oriented Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy service company. We provide Outpatient Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy at our Rehab Clinic in Davie, FL, and offer Home Physical Therapy to patients located in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties. We have created and promoted fundraisers, participated in local events, donated funds, and offered our Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy services.
