Prior to this, I was the Community Manager and Product Evangelist at Border Stylo, a Los Angeles-based software company aimed at adding a human element to technology. Prior to this, I worked in Santa Monica for Mahalo.com as the Community Manager directing 200 freelance writers/editors and multiple full-time in-house editors. All told, this dedicated team produced thousands of high-quality how-to articles and topic pages on a wide range of subjects to compliment Mahalo’s library of original video content and its Q&A; product.
