Founder and CEO of numerous companies including Goodrich & Sherwood, Executive Change Inc., Goodrich Capital and Stanton Chase International where he was Managing Director, Andy Sherwood, has been commended by three US Presidents, corporate leaders, human resources experts and hundreds of clients of Fortune 500 companies. He has appeared on TV numerous times as a knowlegable resource for Bloomberg, Wall Street Report and others, as well as a radio guest speaker. Articles by Sherwood have been featured in scores of leading publications including theWall Street Journal,CEO Magazine, NY Times,Washington Post, Business Week,Timeand many more. Sherwood wrote a best-selling book, Breakpoints, Making Career Stages Work for You, published by Doubleday to address the issues with ever changing individual career dynamics.

As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Sherwood's consulting background covers a wide range of large companies as well as entrepreneurs and individuals spanning many industries around the globe. He headed the bi-partisan Business Task force for the Reagan and Bush White House as a consultant and has served as a US Congressional Advisor. During this period, he and his companies provided highly sensitive services as a key State Department resource both in the US and internationally. Listed in Who's Who in Americaand Who's Who in the World, his professional affiliations include the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), where he served on the Board, World Presidents Organization (WPO), the Economic Club of New York and Chief Executive Organization (CEO). Sherwood also served on the board of Restaurant Associates, NPD, the Board and Executive Committee of the Think First Foundation for Kid's Safety. Additionally, he has participated on a number of not-for-profit outside boards, primarily focused on children and young adults.

On three occasions, Sherwood has been elected to theCareer Makerstop 150 top search consultants in the US and has been a keynote speaker on multiple occasions at National Human Resources Conferences. He graduated from Nichols College of Business Administration where he was named Outstanding Alumnus in 1994 and served as a board trustee and member of the executive committee for a number of
