We have been successfully providing professional commercial cleaning to clients in the county of San Luis Obispo. Our company provides all of the standard day to day janitorial services as well as special services such as carpet cleaning, stripping and refinishing hard surface floors, general floor maintenance, window cleaning, and light duty maintenance.
Our corporate office in San Luis Obispo, California houses our customer service and operations support center. Our customer service department operates Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. and is available to handle all of your requests. Our operations department is available 24 hours per day 7 days a week. On-site quality control inspections are routinely performed along with a rapid emergency response program.
Pacific Building Care utilizes state of the art latest technology in automatic cleaning equipment to perform duties that will provide better cleaning results than to simply clean with conventional methods.
Real time communications is established by using PDA's, cell phones and full-time office personnel. Corporate identification is implemented by issuing photo id and company shirts worn by all workers and supervisors.
