My career started in South Africa within the petro- chemical industry focusing on employee relations and industrial relations disputes.

During the past 17 years I headed up HR functionsand participated in organisational strategy and commercial projects in the FMCG and Healthcare services industry in Australia and New Zealand. A key focus was the introduction of alternative dispute resolution and negotiating process for a sustainable outcome between parties.

Working across all levels in the organisation I delivered and resolved disputes through conflict coaching and relationship building between parties.

I am passionate in assisting parties reaching agreements where other interventions have failed, too costly or involves drawn out litigation.

I am a trained LEADR mediator and an accredited member of the LEADR panel of mediators.
