Carey Strom
Dr. Carey Strom functions as the primary doctor of his private medical practice, the Tower Digestive Health Medical Group. The practice specializes in treating diseases of the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas, including colon cancer screening and the endoscopic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Dr. Carey Strom operates out of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and at the highest certified state-of-the-art surgical facility in Beverly Hills, California. Procedures offered by Dr. Carey Strom include colonoscopy, colon polyp screening, and examinations of the entire gastrointestinal tract such as an upper endoscopy, ERCP, and esophageal dilation. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Carey Strom teaches at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine as an Associate Clinical Professor. In the past, he served as Co-Director for the Endoscopy Unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Carey Strom holds licensure in California, where he currently practices medicine, and in Illinois, where he received his medical degree and fulfilled his internship and residency requirements. He is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. As a luminary in his field, Dr. Carey Strom maintains affiliation with a number of professional organizations, such as the Southern California Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Southern California Society of Gastroenterology, the Los Angeles County Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterologic Association, the American Liver Foundation, and the American College of Physicians.
