Cari Anderson felt her calling to writing at a young age. After graduating with a degree in Journalism she worked as a reporter at a weekly newspaper in Charlote, NC for a couple of years. Then her path shifted and Cari pursued a career in restaurants.
Passionate about food, wine and hospitality, Cari has worked at the top restaurants in Santa Fe, Chicago and Austin. She is currently working on a memoior-style book about her tales of the past 6 years as a General Manager.
