Carianne Reggio is a creative, results oriented problem solver with 23 years of progressively challenging Human Resources Management experience. She’s skilled in organizational development, human resources administration, performance management, dispute resolution and strategic planning (to name a few).
Ms. Reggio has worked in the legal compliance and human resources fields in both the public and private sectors. As a business owner of Integrity HR, she’s investigated numerous discriminations claims for the US Postal Service and NASA and has mediated and resolved numerous employment disputes. Ms. Reggio enjoys bringing people together and believes that the best work is accomplished with and through people.
She’s served as the ADA and Equal Employment Opportunity officer for various public organizations, to include the US Postal Service and public schools in the Central Florida area. In these roles, she’s investigated hundreds of discrimination claims and successfully mediated numerous employment disputes.
She utilizes her strong abilities in all areas of the Human Resources lifecycle to optimize employee performance, cultivate relationships and positively impact change.
Her strong HR compliance and legal background has allowed her to train on various diversity and compliance topics across the United States and has develop large, ongoing training programs for the large majority of organizations she’s worked for. Ms. Reggio champions workplace diversity and inclusion and has served on the National Diversity Committee for the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and presents on diversity topics across the Southeast. Ms. Reggio is also a proud member of the Central Florida division of the Florida Diversity Council, where she served has the education co-chair.
She has an MBA, an associate degree in Human Services, a bachelor’s degree in social work. Carianne is a certified SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
