In addition to being a well-rounded HR generalist and passionate Talent Management professional, I have an in-depth expertise in Total Compensation, Executive compensation and Compensation Governance. I have served on Board Compensation Committee for a multi-billion dollar Canadian company and I am currently a Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for an Ontario-based not-for-profit organization. I have over 15 years of HR leadership experience, in Retail, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Technology, in the private and public sectors, in Canada and internationally. My credentials include MBA, Engineering degree, Certified Compensation Professional (C.C.P.) and Global Remuneration Professional (G.R.P.) designations.
