My career has been defined by acting as a strategic bridge between three worlds that rarely connect: global policy, technical execution, and talent development. My unique strength is not just one of these pillars, but the intersection of all three.

1. Global Policy & Cyber Diplomacy: I understand how the international "rules of the game" are set. I have had the honor of serving as an Advisor to the United Nations' Internet Governance Forum (IGF MAG) and have served on key boards like SIG Cybersecurity ISOC, and the Cloud Security Alliance, helping shape global cybersecurity strategy.

2. Technical Governance & CISO Leadership: I translate that global policy into real-world action. As a CISO and Business Continuity Coordinator (BCP), I manage risk on the front lines. My expertise ranges from complex compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR) to leading on the new frontier of AI Governance and risk.

3. Global Capacity Building (My Passion): My greatest impact, and my true passion, is ensuring that knowledge endures. I don't just build strategies; I build capability. I founded a women's group in cybersecurity and defense in 2017 to develop talent , I serve as an international juror and director for the ENISA CTF LATAM committee , and I am a professor of information security.
