How I Becamea Successful Agent-

Sedona Bound-

After graduating from Northern Arizona University in 2005, I settled into the Sedona/Verde Valley where I stayed until the later part of2011. My husband’s family rooted themselves there in the 70’s, volunteering forthe fire department, running 3 business, and dedicating themselves to servingthe small community that would eventually grow into a destination of over 2million visitors per year.

The family started to invest in real estate in the late 90’s,one house at a time. They kept accumulating inventory, building a fourthbusiness that would teach me so much.

Investing andProperty Management-I started to learn the rental business, watching mymother-in-law work day in and day out to make sure everything ran like amachine. We bought 4.5 acres in Chino Valley, AZ and a big dream togo along with it. We did what we do best. We moved a manufactured home onto oneof the parcels, and sold the other for twice what we paid.

We lived in the home for a year, and then sold a lease optionon the property to a very deserving family.

The Next Step-Getting into residential real estate was the next naturalprogression for me. By taking all the investment experience, along with theknowledge I had accumulated about all of these beautiful areas over the years,I could confidently help buyers and sellers make good investment decisions. Icould ask the questions that t
