Carissa Cook

I work for Southern Wine and Spirits as a liquor rep in the south Portland metro. I recently moved to Portland, in search of a change and a city I liked. So far, I've found a great job and met some great people, which is really what it's all about.

I grew up in my family's bar and restaurant in a small California town called Nevada City. Before moving here I was a sommelier at Charlie Palmer's wine bar inside a casino in Reno. I have a BA in journalism with an emphasis in advertising and creative writing. I love wine, food and friends and believe its the adventure in life that teaches us anything.
