Carl Alphonse

I am a third year Common Law student. I am enrolled in the University of Ottawa’s four-year Dual J.D. program with the Michigan State University College of Law. I will complete my studies in 2014. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, with a specialization in Human Kinetics.
