Carl Shusterman

A former United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) Trial Attorney, Carl Shusterman left the federal government after six years to found his own practice, the Law Offices of Carl Shusterman, in 1982. Mr. Shusterman has helped many clients establish proof of selective service.

In addition to working for the INS, Carl Shusterman also served as Chairman of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for the Southern California Chapter and served on the Association's National Board of Governors from 1988 to 1997. He is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, State Bar of California.
