My artwork is always expressive, either portraying the beauty of the world in which we live or in social and cultural comment. I use lush rich colours on contemporary digital canvasses. The unique methods I utilie have been developed through a love of experimentation. Embracing the new media of digital painting has replaced my years of traditional oil painting as medium of choice.

Carl Rolfe was born into an artistic family and encouraged to be creative. He studied fine art at Canberra School of Art, followed by Illustration and Graphic Design at Victoria University. A multidisciplinary artist with numerous solo and group exhibitions, his artwork and prints are in collection all over the world.
