Carla Anne Guinto

With 10 years of Customer Service experience under her belt, Carla Anne Guinto is a Global Content Coordinator at Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). She is responsible for updating hotel content that feeds across all channels like websites, online travel agencies and GDS systems. Before this she was a coordinator for CMH (Company Managed) hotels where she took care of processing reservations of FIT's (Foreign Independent Travellers), Rooming Lists (Group block reservations) and Extranet bookings on behalf of the hotel. She also became a part of Hotel Help Desk and IHG Rewards Club, assisting hotels and members with membership and hotel related concerns.

Prior to joining IHG she worked as a Barista and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Philippines for 5 years.

Carla Anne Guinto graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at St. Paul University Manila.
