Hi, I'm Carla. I'm Spanish and I live in Barcelona. I just started a career in Business Administration and I'm 18 years old.

I consider myself a self-demanding, disciplined, resolutive and consequent person, as well as creative, sociable and assertive. I highly value trust and communication in the work environment and learning, growing and getting to know are my three main work purposes.

I love traveling and getting to know new cultures, reading (especially about psychology, self-management and entrepreneurship), art in all its forms (music, theater, painting, writing, etc) and learning.

My main goal is to create a company that, through its product or service, makes our society a better place. I would also like to take multiple courses on any interest I may have throughout my life, and study as many languages as possible.

I am currently looking for temporary jobs that can give me some work experience, as I don't think I can achieve my long term goals without it. Besides, for the moment I am not looking for total economic independence, I just want to get into the working world to be able to manage better in it in the future.

My key values are respect, determination, ambition, kindness and understanding, the balance of which, in my opinion, leads to the best version of any person. I believe that one must know one's goals and be willing to go for them (knowing how to stand firm in the face of adversity and having the courage to try to face it is crucial, in my opinion) but always trying to be kind to those around you. In conclusion, I believe that you should pursue what you wish without leaving humility aside and enjoying the process along with other people.
