As Development Manager for the Health and Safety function I'm responsible for managing Sector Communications Program, web-based Global working tools and Sector Projects'​. With more than fifteen years’ experience in projects leading, capability building and communications coordination, I have held projects which have been successfully deployed by influencing stakeholders, engaging teams and enabling team members skills and capabilities. I have experience both as internal business partner and external consultant, which brings broad perspective from a large range of industries, as well as an operational experience from diverse Organizational Cultures'​.

A personal interest for content design and digital marketing techniques made it possible to design and lead a Project of a web-based collaboration platform, providing the solution for a direct remote-team of 12 member, plus more than 100 indirects to effective collaborate and be able to access relevant information anywhere, anytime.

The projects I've been leading resulted in important savings, by reducing lost time incidents and lost days, improving Health and Safety Culture from Business Leadership to Employees, as well as legal and corporate requirement's compliance.
