Carla Moore

Carla Moore is an author, speaker, and leadership coach whose mission is to inspire others to “live the life they’ve imagined.”Her upcoming book, Crash! tells the inspiring story of her personal transformation from 300 pounds to triathlete and how her progress positively impacted her leadership, inspired team members, and instantly boosted business results and her career. The book helps motivate readers and teach them of the necessary tools to activate their own personal power to live the life they’ve always imaged.

Carla is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Home Box Office (HBO) in New York and a current member of the national board of NAMIC. She is a graduate of leading industry programs CTAM-U at Harvard Business School and NAMIC’s ELDP at Darden School of Business at UVA. She holds her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
