As a trainer and coach I want to give you not only the tools and instruction to achieve your fitness goals, but explain why exercise is important. I want you to know which muscle groups you are using, and how increases in strength and fitness levels will positively impact your day to day activities.

I treat every client as an individual, and tailor each workout and session to their needs. It's your goals that matter. I will look at the body as a whole with each client's individual goals in mind to develop a creative, well rounded program. I address cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and imbalances, postural habits, flexibility, core stability, and balance.

I can provide:

Personal 1 on 1 or small group training.

Specialized workouts for teams such as Hockey, Soccer, Dance, Swimming, and Dragon Boating in the water or on land.

Specialized Weight Training programs.

Personalized sessions indoors or outdoors.
