While selling real estate, I believed in myself and I knew I was a great realtor. But after learning and implementing the systems and models of Keller Williams, I created a really great real estate business. I built a team. And through my team, I developed an extremely well-run business through which we delivered high standards and continually raised the bar in real estate. My team contributed daily, increasing our level of service and enhancing our marketing efforts. While I worked very hard when I was alone, I now know that the synergistic effect of teamwork is explosive. It’s amazing. And it’s fun! Without Keller Williams, I would never have thought about growing my business. I was working hard enough as it was. Now I understand that leverage is the key to balance and quality. Now I know what I am capable of achieving! As you can see, the systems and models of Keller Williams are integral in learning how to launch a business. In addition, the culture of KW is extremely important in supporting the development of an agent’s growth. Having people around you that share information is crucial in learning how to step by step grow your business. Because I had the opportunity to work under other franchises, it immediately became apparent to me how different Keller Williams’ culture really was. Agents around me actually cared that I developed! It was eye-opening to me that all agents could thrive in a setting where they readily helped one another. I loved it! This is the true spirit of Keller Williams. Because I so thoroughly enjoyed growing a team, when the opportunity to lead the agents of our Boise market center became available, I saw it as another way to challenge my leadership skills and help many people at Keller Williams. I didn’t think it was possible to love a company but I do! Keller Williams has continually supported me which allows me to then support all the people around me. It is truly a company with heart. We are settled in Boise now and could not be happier! My husband, two boys and I spend much of our time outdoors—biking, hiking, golfing, swimming, skiing, etc. We love the weather in Boise, especially all the sunshine! We also have two dogs; our boxer is Riley and our pug is Butch. They prefer to watch us enjoy the outdoors as they lounge comfortably in the shade. So when someone asks me how I feel about my move to Boise and how I feel about Keller Williams, I do not take this question ligh
