Carl’s life mission is to help visionary leaders create lasting systemic change. This mission gives him purpose and inspiration every day.

Carl holds three master’s degrees in Business Administration, Psychology, and Organizational Leadership, and has more than 15 years of experience across multinational corporations and startups. Throughout his career, he has led and executed programs and strategic partnerships in leadership development, startup acceleration, and organizational leadership within multi-sector and multicultural environments.

Currently, Carl heads Strategy at CrossBorders, a firm whose motto is: “Enabling the Vision of Visionaries and Expanding the Horizons of Entrepreneurial Success.”

Professional Highlights
• As part of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Carl increased average participation in key leadership sessions by 60% across 30 TCS offices in India and achieved a 100% increase in participation for a major senior management program globally.

• Supported entrepreneurs by managing the end-to-end delivery of startup accelerator programs at Anthill Ventures and Surge Impact, helping 29 startups across five countries scale their businesses.

• Established processes and systems for market-access programs supporting Korean HealthTech and Israeli AgriTech startups entering the Indian market. Led the APAC FinTech Bridge initiative from concept to execution. Also managed investor relations, engaging more than 80 investors and contributing to a direct investment of USD 2 million for a portfolio company at The GAIN.

• For his exceptional leadership within the Commonwealth countries, he received the Queen’s Young Leader Runner-up Award from the office of the Queen of England.
