Instructional technology professional with 20+ years experience as an educator at the K12, Corporate and Higher Education levels. Over eight years experience teaching online 25+ courses in technology education and business. Current responsibilities include assisting faculty and institutions with mobile computing initiatives, use of collaborative cloud-based technologies to engage students, and the planning, development and delivery of blended and fully online courses and programs. Particular focus on sound pedagogical strategies and instructional design as well as effective use of technology and multimedia. Broad and comprehensive knowledge and experience in distance education including teaching online, faculty professional development, online course and program development, instructional design principles, and participation in strategic planning. Goals: 1) optimization of the student experience through effective use of technology in the classroom and/or online 2) student retention and success.
