Carl Groner is co-founder and principal of Palisades Equity Partners, a real estate investment management and advisory firm. His 15 years of industry experience includes leading over $2 billion of real estate investments on behalf of institutional equity partners including Apollo, Lend Lease, Oaktree, and Transwestern. Carl earned his bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley, where he was a California Leadership Scholar. He completed graduate studies in finance at MIT and his master’s degree at USC, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar. His professional affiliations include the CFA Institute as a CFA charterholder and the Urban Land Institute as a Full Member.
