My research focuses on improving the evidence-base for health and investigative work on drugs and devices that you might stumble across. I also do a lot of media work and writing about healthcare issues.

I am Professor of EBM at the University of Oxford, Director of the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicne and Senior Tutor at Kellogg College at Oxford. I also work in the NHS as an urgent care GP.

I teach undergraduates, postgraduates and teachers of EBM, including directing a Masters in EBHC. I am also a founder of the alltrials.net campaign and run the EvidenceLive Conference.
