I have never been unemployed , with a little thought there's always a way to make money and run a successful business. As an 8 year old boy I sold mice to the local pet shop and sweets to the kids in school. Being an entrepreneur is in my blood. Even when I was studying I was working , mainly because I enjoy working , improving , succeeding and making money. If you are a business that doesn't want to make money I probably can't help.. My true business skills and knowledge came from my background in retailing , working with three of the largest retailers in the UK at management level , and working with some of the best people in the country (UK). At one stage I worked with a large DIY chain and opened my first salon. (you'll have to ask me how I went from national retailers to hair/barbering/Spa) Doing both was challenging , exciting and rewarding , but the move away from the retail sector was perfect for me , and as I opened more salons I realised that you can apply well developed business skills to any type of business.Its the same planning , people ,communication skills and passion. Has everything gone to plan ? heck no , but I've found a way to overcome and improve , every time, and thats what we will do with your business.Having run salons , been the President for the Welsh hairdressing federation , run a training company and worked with other business' its time to combine my teaching skills with my business skills and offer a consultancy service to people in Salons who need help.
