Originally hippie woodworker, morphed into public accounting, then morphed into high tech marketing and advertising for Silicon Valley startups, mostly, then morphed into online marketing and advertising, morphed into a venture capitalist who invested in those areas and helped to manage or provide oversight to those companies.

Served on boards of numerous startups and four public companies, have led comp and nominating committees and served on audit (qualified as financial expert).
