Carlita Vasser, MA, BSN, RN, CCN is the Director/ CEO of At Home Care and St. Louis Healthcare Consulting Services. She has also been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. She completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing and her Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Webster University. Carlita received her certification as a parish nurse through Deaconess Foundation. Currently, she is in the Doctor of Management Program at Webster University.

As the owner/operator of At Home Care, she works to offer a combination of home care and community-based services. Through her expertise in home care, At Home Care works to keep disabled and or seniors living at home with independence by aiding in basic need assistance.

Carlita saw the need for more wrap around partnerships in the community when it relates to healthcare. St. Louis Healthcare Consulting Services was launched to lead, inspire and educate the community on issues related to Healthcare. Through her grant writing, corporate sponsorship acquisitions and program management expertise, she has been the creator of healthcare programs for charitable organizations, churches and not for profits organizations. Collaboration with community groups to strengthen and expand partnerships (religious and faith communities, ethnic/cultural, health and human service providers, business, education and neighborhood groups) has aided in her success.

She is also the founder and developer of Returning to Eden- Keeping God’s Temple Healthy a radio and digitally aired health news and education program. It is a wellness and community health education program with a mission to provide knowledge and resources to the minority and underserved population. It brings civic issues and social advocacy to the airways bridging the gap in awareness. This platform allows the 40,000 plus listeners local listeners to make informed decisions, develop healthier behaviors and live positive lifestyles. The listening audience is composed of the Missouri Gospel Guild, the National Gospel Guild and stretches across 13 states including Arkansas, Missouri and Texas. The show Returning to Eden- Keeping God’s Temple Healthy focuses on providing dialogue on health education and concerns of the Metropolitan St. Louis Area and listening audiences of affiliated states.
