Carl Likins

With more than 20 years experience in management positions, Carl Likins currently holds the position of Store Manager with Bridgestone Firestone. During his career, Carl Likins has carried out a wide range of management responsibilities, from managing multi-million dollar consumer installment and mortgage loan portfolios to hiring and training employees and leading a workforce of nearly 200 employees.

Carl Likins began his career by obtaining the Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses from the Indiana Insurance and Banking Association School. In 1979, Mr. Likins became an Assistant Manager at Beneficial Finance of America, where he oversaw daily operations, including hiring staff and coordinating activities. Due to his proficiency, Carl Likins was promoted to Branch Manager at Beneficial Finance of America, and he quickly rose through the ranks at his next job at American Fletcher Financial Services, Inc., as well. Hired as an Assistant Manager in 1983, by 1986 he had also held the titles of Branch Manager and Area Manager.

In 1989, Carl Likins became an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Leasing and Rental, where he worked for over 17 years. In 1997, he was promoted to Group Rental Manager, and his responsibilities included full P&L accountability for a territory over 300 miles in size with 40 branches and a rental fleet of more than 2,300 vehicles. In addition, Mr. Likins was in charge of territory development, implementing strategic marketing plans and overseeing the opening of new locations. Subsequently, he became a Collections Manager at Client Services, Inc. The company provides accounts receivable management solutions and customer relationship management programs. Among his responsibilities, Mr. Likins manages the portfolios of high-net-worth clients, including Citibank and Bank of America.

In 2014, Mr. Likins assumed his current role as Store Manager at Bridgestone Firestone, where he oversees daily store operations. After joining the company in May 2013, he was promoted to Store Manager in June of the following year.
