A seasoned chef having worked in various sections of the industry such as restaurants, commissary, inflight catering, test kitchens, and culinary schools. I have served as opening consultant to two restaurants in Manila. I have served as Corporate Executive Chef and Operations Manager of a Food Corporation with 20 restaurant outlets.
