Carlo B. Ebeo is a distinguished cultural worker, educator, and heritage advocate whose dynamic career spans cultural research, education, festival curation, and production across the Philippines and internationally. Deeply committed to preserving and promoting Filipino cultural heritage, his work emphasizes cultural education, policy development, peacebuilding, and social transformation through the arts.

He currently serves as one of four private sector members of the Board of Trustees of the National Museum of the Philippines, with the honorific title Most Distinguished Cultural Worker. In 2022, he was elected Head of the National Committee on Cultural Education and confirmed as Commissioner for the Subcommission on Cultural Dissemination of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).
