Driving innovation and profit improvement through fact based analysis and resource optimization for Loss Prevention. My team and I drive strategy and technology for loss prevention. We look to other sectors and industries to better understand whats available and identify new use cases and ideas to help reduce expense, improve user experience and drive insight.
My team also serves as the conduit between Loss Prevention and the various business units throughout our organization. We leverage these relationships to improve bottom line profit, drive increased awareness and development of new programs and initiatives
I am responsible for various corporate LP functions including; Finance/Budgeting, Reporting/Research, Technology, Business Intelligence, Mobile Applications, Systems, CCTV, Project Mgmt, 3rd Party Vendors Mgmt, Merchandise Protection, Enterprise Business Continuity, and Learning & Development.

I also serve as co-leader for the Data Analytics Group for the Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC). Our main goal is to bring more objective analytics and modeling principals to the loss prevention industry
