Carlos currently oversees the marketing efforts of iconic Plaza Mexico (www.plazamexico.com), an outdoor shopping plaza located in southeast Los Angeles County. Projects and primary tasks include: event/venue planning & sponsorship, revenue generation, advertising/media buys, social media, & PR, & community relations. The goal is to not merely have events and activations to increase overall "footfall" or traffic to the venue, but to contribute to increased sales of Plaza Mexico's tenants by driving traffic to their stores. Carlos' primary focus and passion has been in the field of music marketing and promotion. His successful past as a top producing Realtor and career in entertainment have given him a reputation built on trust, discretion, and developing exceptional relationships. Passionate about completing projects within time/budget constraints & having developed and executed top event campaigns, Carlos definitely manifests a love for his work. He has managed various Anglo & Hispanic accounts in markets such as Puerto Rico & the western U.S. With a successful track record in both independent and collaborative work environments, he possesses the attributes and industry expertise required to make an immediate contribution to any organization. Key skills he believes to be a part of his core are: understanding the need for quality service, collaboration, and product knowledge. Recently married, he and his wife are expecting their first child, a daughter, in April 2013. He would be nowhere without his faith and family, hates cancer, and adores senior citizens.
