Currently Cassandra Consultant at Pythian working for customers all over the world.

Formerly a CDN Innovation Engineer at Leaseweb, responsible for the Big Data and Distributed Systems architecture and software. The system had more that 200 servers, 15 of those where Cassandra nodes which were handling 1TB+ data per day and 4 000 M+ daily writes.

Previous to that I worked in Sapo (Part of Portuguese Telecom) in the webfront of the video platform.
