My aim always is to understand and assist in the achievement of organizational goals and objectives and safeguarding organizational interests by fully utilizing my knowledge, experience, hard work and skills to perform my duties and responsibilities with utter sincerity and honesty.
1998 - Before my graduation in HRM (Human Resources Management), my first work experience was as administrative assistant at "Instituto Portugues da Juventude" - IPJ, in Oporto.
1999 - I took the responsibility of team leader at M16, Lda. (McD Franchise).
2000 - I was recruited to be administrative assistant at the legal department of a Portuguese Bank - BANIF - Banco Internacional do Funchal, SA
2001 - Major in HRM and obtained a Merit Diploma by the Portuguese Education Ministery.
2005 - INDRA SISTEMAS PORTUGAL, SA, first as a HR consultant than as HR Technician after being invited by the human resources director. Amoung others responsibilities, I was co-responsible to create and implement HRM politics and pratices.
2011 - HR Department of the HPP Hospital de Cascais as HR Manager with generalist activities.
