Carlos Duarte

I am a researcher at LaSIGE. My research is centered around a subset of HCI topics, including multimodalities, adaptation, usability and accessibility. Always trying to use the first two to improve the last two.

I also teach Informatics graduate and under graduate courses at the University of Lisbon. Hoping to be able to inspire my students.

Together with three colleagues we're starting up boomux.com, the place to go if you want to improve the user experience of your offers.

When I get the chance, I also love to look through my camera's viewfinder and to travel around the world. Even better when I can mix both!
