About Me

Hi there! My name is Carlos Costa and I'm an experienced software engineer with a passion technology and entrepeneurship. With almost two decades of experience in the field, I've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and technologies, from full-stack web development to computer vision.

My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and post-graduate degree in Telecommunications Management. I've also worked in a variety of roles, from developer to team lead and teacher, and have experience both in large companies and as an entrepreneur.

One of my proudest achievements was founding Cliex&Co, a startup where I was responsible for all aspects of product development. As the sole developer on the team, I had to wear many hats, from product managemen and fullstack developer to marketing and customer support. Through hard work and determination, I was able to take the product from concept to launch and secure early adopters.

More recently, I worked as a tech lead at DevGrid in the UK, where I led a team of developers in building microservices with Flask and integrating data providers. I also have experience with Google Cloud, Python, Vue, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
