Carlos is a human capacity development specialist who has trained over 4,500 young leaders and entrepreneurs within the last 6 years in various fields like personal development, leadership, business, technology, digital marketing, blockchain, and the financial markets.

Through his impactful training, mentorship, and seminars, a lot of young people have discovered their life’s purpose and multiple others have gained clarity and direction for their personal lives and endeavors.

He is the founder and team lead of the Golden Vessels Network Initiative, a leadership development community organization that equips young leaders and entrepreneurs with relevant information and skills to prepare them for the global marketplace.

In 2020, he was given an award for societal development by the Avancer Development Initiative.

Carlos is passionate about intentionally increasing the ripple effect of virtues over vices in our society through human capacity development. He believes that our society can only improve when we have more people who are intentional about personal growth and skill development.

He is the Convener of the Transformation Conference, a business and leadership conference that allows young leaders and entrepreneurs to learn and network directly with experienced industry leaders across Africa.

He is also the lead trainer of the “Transform Your Business & Leadership Bootcamp”, a 30-day training program that educates brand owners on fundamental business systems and structures that foster brand growth and sustainability.

Carlos is also a public speaker, content creator, social entrepreneur, and a business development advisor to many growing businesses within the Nation.

He is the host of the Transformation Podcast where he shares insights and strategies on how young leaders and entrepreneurs can move from where they are to where they desire to be.

In recent times, He has worked with several Global brands within the blockchain ecosystem like Bybit, Zoomex, and Whalefin as a brand ambassador, helping them increase their user growth within the Nigerian market.
