Hi! I’m Carlos Roberto Ramirez, a husband, father, Catholic speaker, musician, podcast host, and Commercial Sales Arborist with Treemasters based in San Rafael, California. Whether I’m helping care for the natural landscape, leading worship, speaking at Catholic events, or creating digital content, my mission is the same: to help people encounter Christ and pursue holiness with courage and joy.

For over 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Church in a variety of ministries, including Catholic education, youth ministry, evangelization, music ministry, retreats, conferences, and parish events. Every opportunity to speak or lead worship is rooted in faithful Catholic teaching, authentic storytelling, and a desire to encourage others to live boldly for Christ.

Music has always been an essential part of my ministry. I provide music for:

• Retreats of all kinds
• Weddings / Quinceañeras
• Parish missions and special liturgies

My goal is to create an atmosphere that invites people into prayer, reverence, and a deeper encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist.

Heaven Hall of Fame Podcast

I’m also the creator and host of the Heaven Hall of Fame Podcast, a Catholic podcast dedicated to helping people discover the incredible stories of the saints and recognize that the ultimate victory isn’t found in earthly success—but in becoming a saint. Through conversations, storytelling, and practical applications, the podcast encourages listeners to strive for holiness in everyday life.

Beyond Ministry

Outside of ministry, I serve as a Commercial Sales Arborist with TreeMasters Tree Service, where I help property managers, schools, HOAs, and commercial clients care for the long-term health, beauty, and safety of their trees. Stewardship of God’s creation is another way I seek to serve my community with excellence and integrity.
