Carlos San Segundo
Entrepeneur, Publisher, and Musician in Darmstadt, Germany
I’m Carlos San Segundo, a digital publisher, entrepreneur, and marketer focused on building sustainable media brands through SEO, content systems, and AI-supported workflows. For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of digital marketing, search strategy, and online publishing—helping ideas become discoverable, useful, and scalable.
My work is grounded in one principle: distribution matters as much as creation. Great content isn’t enough if the right people never find it. That’s why I specialize in structured content strategies, editorial operations, and technical search optimization that turn websites into long-term assets rather than short-lived campaigns. I enjoy building systems that make publishing reliable: clear processes, repeatable formats, and tools that improve output without sacrificing quality.
I’m the founder and publisher of delamar, an established German-language online magazine for musicians and audio enthusiasts. Since launching delamar in 2006, I’ve helped grow it into a recognized resource for practical, trustworthy information—covering music production, instruments, recording, and the everyday questions musicians actually have. delamar is where my experience in publishing meets a deep respect for the craft of music: it’s not about hype, it’s about clarity, sound judgment, and real-world value.
In addition to delamar, I work on projects that combine SEO, content engineering, and automation. I’m particularly interested in how AI can support editorial workflows: from research and ideation to formatting, quality control, and production pipelines. My goal isn’t “AI for AI’s sake,” but smarter systems that free time for the work that humans do best—judgment, taste, and creative direction.
My personal site, sansegundo.de, is a hub for what I do and what I’m exploring: digital strategy, publishing, SEO, and the practical use of AI in real businesses. It reflects how I think—systematic, hands-on, and focused on outcomes. I value experimentation, but I value measurable results more.
Beyond business, I’m also active as a musician. Creating and releasing music keeps me grounded in the creative process and gives me a perspective that’s often missing in purely “marketing” conversations: the work behind the work, the need for honest feedback, and the importance of craft. It also informs how I approach media—serving people who create, not just people who consume.
If you’re interested in digital publishing, scalable content operations, SEO-driven growth, or pragmatic AI workflows, I’m always open to connecting. You can learn more about my work at sansegundo.de and explore delamar at delamar.de.
