I am fascinated by aggression. It may have something to do with the fact that I was exposed to domestic violence as a child. I successfully avoided the trap of becoming an adult aggressor through a long period of self-exploration. Along the way I learned many lessons and I have dedicated my life to coaching others on strategies to understand and master anger, conflict and anxiety. I especially enjoy working with men on life transformation issues. Vision I have one simple vision. To unlock the mysteries of aggression and be the conduit that guides others into a greater understanding of how to master anger, conflict, bullying and domestic violence.
