Carl Rudy

Carl is a graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University with a BS in Graphic Design, and CIS, and holds an MFA in Web Design / New Media at The Academy of Art University.

From 2006-2020, He was hired to teach full-time with IWU in their Graphic Design program, specifically in the area of web design and other "new media" topics and has written and coordinates their Media Design Major. He was one of 11 faculty with the Art Division. In addition to teaching, he has written and revised courses in web design, 3d modeling, motion graphics, typography, and interactive design, as well as introductory computer graphics overview courses. Carl served for some time in various administrative capacities including co-chairing the Division of Art.

Currently he is a partner in the design studio 15:Three Design, and transitioned to pursuing part time farming and agriculture.

Through freelancing, he has clients in the small-medium business size range, in quite diverse industries and locations, providing web development, identity/branding work, interactive displays, game and entertainment design, and other creative services.
