My name is Carly Matthews, and I decided to set up this weding blog to help understand my mental thoughts of burlap on everything, glitter and festoon lighting, As well as a documented journey of this pretty huge event - So here it is! I have been threatening to write a blog since forever but never seemed to find a topic or subject that I felt so strongly about to put pen keyboard to paper blog. Turns out that Fordyce (Tom, for the non-school friends of my SO) IS the subject I feel most strongly about (bleugh), so here it is! Hopefully the start of a lovely, big, sparkly journey of all of the ideas, thoughts, site visits, cakes, dresses and pretty much every detail and mental epiphany / breakdown I have over the next 2 years.
