I am Carly Wilden, a Stationery Designer, Arts and Crafts Geek, Blogger, Wine Lover and Fashion Fanatic!

I am a Marketing Assistant by day, I love the Buzz from my day job – i am studying digital marketing and graphic design too - but in my free time I enjoy running my little stationery business, following creative works and designers and I adore all things pretty, creative and handmade especially. I also have a real passion for fashion, I like to shop (alot!) and follow trends and new designs. I take a lot of my inspiration from fashion industry resources and trend forecasting agencies.

I started to enjoy being creative when I was around 12 years old, this was when I was introduced to card making by my talented Nana Joan. After years of receiving beautifully detailed cross-stitched cards, she gave me heaps of papers and embellishments to play with and I have been making handmade cards ever since. I continued to pursue my passion for design by studying Fashion and Textiles from A Level through to University and I decided to transform my love of crafts into a stationery business in 2010.

I have worked on a number of Weddings and Civil Partnerships for friends and family over the last couple of years and began to create Personalised Cards for Colleagues, this built up my reputation in my office as 'The Card Lady' and now have a lot of regular customers that have recommended my cards to others. I absolutely love the feeling of sending special greetings with personality instead of an email or text and working with people to create unique stationery for special occasions. There's nothing more satisfying than discussing wedding ranges with an excited bride to be, and enjoying the announcement of a baby with new parents!
