Before Cozy Writing Co., my work spanned education, leadership, and human-centered design. Across every role—academic, corporate, and entrepreneurial—I kept seeing the same pattern: people aren’t stuck because they lack talent; they’re stuck because the systems around them weren’t built for how their brains actually work.
