Hey I'm Carmel. I was born and brought in Bangalore. I’m an enthusiastic trainer with over 10 years of experience in Professional Skills Development. I started my journey in the field of Contact Center and became a Master Trainer because of my immense passion. I truly believe that training gives me the best opportunities to share my knowledge about various life skills. I set high standards for myself at work and ensure that I hit these benchmarks consistently.

I’m on a mission to support people to make their dreams spark. I assist individuals and corporate in getting what they want personally and professionally because I believe that their dreams define the quality of their lives. My expertise lies in Voice and Accent, Soft Skills, Language Enhancement & Content Development. I’m an effective trainer and demonstrate utmost confidence in my delivery.

My participants and colleagues respect me for being approachable and resourceful. My workshops are filled with energy, action and a lot of fun. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, reading, and cooking. When I’m not in the office, you can find me spending time with my lovely son (Yuvan) and loving husband.
